1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GeoArk AI ("Service") at geoark.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GeoArk AI provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI Engine Optimization (AEO) tools. We help you track and improve your brand's visibility across AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok. The Service includes dashboards, prompts, visibility tracking, content generation, schema automation, and related features.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or harmful content
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Service without permission
• Use the Service in a way that harms AI models, third-party services, or others

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion unless required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. Intellectual Property

GeoArk AI and its content, features, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. RESULTS FROM GEO/AEO OPTIMIZATION DEPEND ON FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL, INCLUDING AI MODEL BEHAVIOR.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEOARK AI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeoArk AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for cause (e.g., breach of Terms) or for business reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

13. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GeoArk AI. They are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
